Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Not including weekends or holidays. (If an order is placed during the holidays please allow the next business day to process your order.) Once your order is completed you will receive a confirmation and tracking number sent to the email or phone number that was provided. For items that are shipped, once the customer receives their package (when the tracking number provided by us appears as delivered) the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Ostentatious Boutique. In-addition, Ostentatious Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed at the shipping company provided at the time of delivery. Return & Exchange Policy

If you need to return item(s) please send within 7 business days. The 1st day starts once your item is received. All returns must be in original conditions (unworn, unwashed, free from all stains, tanning or make-up stains,unsoiled, not containing any odor, must have original tags and packaging). Sale items, accessories, tights, bodysuits are Final Sale. We offer store credit or exchange only. No Refunds under any circumstance other than if the item was not available at the moment of purchase. Store credit will be issued to the email address on file in the form of a e-gift card. When returning you are responsible for returning shipping charges. Use a trackable service to return your item(s). Once the 7days are over we will not accept any returns. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items due to mailing carrying service. Once your order is delivered to USPS, Ostentatious Boutique is no longer responsible for any item(s).
